A beam fired by Ginyu causes him and Goku to exchange bodies, leaving Goku trapped in Ginyu’s injured form. Krillin and Gohan reach Frieza’s ship to retrieve the Dragon Balls. Ginyu, now in Goku’s body, returns with Jeice, but his power level registers as only 23,000, significantly lower than the 180,000 Goku previously held. Understanding that true strength requires mind-body unity, Goku, inhabiting Ginyu’s body, arrives and informs Krillin and Gohan that they can easily defeat Ginyu. Meanwhile, Vegeta claims he is near achieving Super Saiyan status before killing Jeice.
