Ep. 60: Goku battles Android 19 while heart virus symptoms emerge during the fight

After Krillin revives Yamcha with a Senzu bean, the group learns the androids absorb energy and warn the fighters. Dr. Gero created the androids using spy robots to study Goku’s strength for revenge on the Red Ribbon Army, but they lack data on his time on Planet Namek. Consequently, they are unaware of his Super Saiyan transformation, which Goku demonstrates. During the ensuing battle, Goku appears to lose energy and clutches his chest, revealing symptoms of the heart virus Trunks warned him about, though it is attacking later than predicted. As Goku struggles, Android 19 prepares to absorb his remaining energy. Piccolo attempts to intervene but is blasted by Android 20’s eye beams and knocked down.
