The Elder Kaioshin senses that Beerus has awakened after 39 years of slumber. He worries that Gokuu will challenge the God of Destruction to a fight if he learns the truth. To prevent this conflict, the Elder Kaioshin contacts the Northern Kaio and instructs him to keep Beerus' existence a secret. However, the plan to maintain the silence faces unexpected complications as the news begins to spread beyond their control.
