Kid Buu overpowers Fat Buu while Hercule’s assistance proves futile. Vegeta formulates a strategy, instructing Dende to travel to New Namek with the Supreme Kai and Old Kai to collect the Dragon Balls. Upon summoning Porunga, Vegeta requests two specific wishes: to restore the Earth to its original condition and to resurrect everyone who died since the morning of the World Martial Arts Tournament, excluding those with evil intent. These wishes are granted, resulting in the revival of the planet and all non-evil deceased individuals, including Vegeta himself, who returns to life to demonstrate his change in nature. He then prepares to use the Spirit Bomb to defeat Buu.
