Mitsuki resents Yayoi for her rising status at home, school, and the base, so she orchestrates a plan to marry Yayoi off. Reika identifies a wealthy businessman interested in the union, but Yayoi protests. Reika persuades her to meet him, citing their families' long friendship. The meeting occurs near a Rara army battle zone. Ken and Akane urge Reika to cancel, but she refuses. Mitsuki guarantees the Rara army will not cross the four mile (6 km) limit. During the battle, Kazuki fights near this boundary. Although Mitsuki attempts to keep enemies away, Kazuki allows them to cross the limit, triggering an evacuation that disrupts the interview, much to Yayoi's relief. The chaos causes Miss Ra to fall from a building, but Kazuki catches the enemy and saves her life.
