Hevn commissions the duo to find Bombay Blood for Yumiko Imai, who requires urgent surgery. The rare blood is held by The Transporters, Akabane and Maguruma. A high-speed chase ensues, with Ginji boarding the truck and Ban pursuing by car. Ginji is knocked off, and Ban is stopped by a road bomb. Yumiko’s condition worsens, prompting Hevn to care for her. Ginji recalls a past loss, fueling his resolve. The mafia hired The Transporters for the blood. Akabane betrays the mafia, giving Ginji the blood. Ginji defeats the mafia using lightning and augmented static electricity. Ban arrives by helicopter to transport Ginji and the blood to the hospital, ensuring Yumiko’s recovery.
