Tetsuro disembarks from the train to locate medical assistance, but the entire world contains only two inhabitants. One of these residents, Nutal, attacks Tetsuro due to a misunderstanding. With no other options available, Tetsuro must navigate this dangerous encounter while Maetel remains incapacitated. The situation highlights the isolation of the location and the immediate threat posed by the sole other person on the planet, complicating efforts to save Maetel's life.
