On the planet Perfect Mechanization, inhabitants with mechanical bodies disdain flesh-and-blood humans. A female doctor named Laala intentionally strikes Tetsuro with her car. Her goal is to switch bodies with him, initiating a conflict between the mechanized society and organic life forms.
