Katsura’s faction initiates an aerial assault against Takasugi to avenge Katsura, who was previously attacked by Nizou the Butcher. Nizou defends himself using Benizakura, a sword-shaped weapon fused to his arm. Concurrently, Henpeita Takechi and Matako Kijima have taken Kagura into custody. Utilizing the chaos created by a cannon blast, Shinpachi boards Takasugi’s ship and successfully rescues Kagura. At the same time, Gintoki travels toward Takasugi’s vessel accompanied by Tetsuko, who is the younger sister of Tetsuya, the creator of the Benizakura.
