Gintoki eats dango at Konpeito while its rival, Andromeda, draws customers away. Andromeda owner Sweets wants Konpeito’s land and challenges the shop to a dango popularity contest. The loser must close permanently. Konpeito’s owner hesitates, but Gintoki devises a plan to enter the competition. The battle for the best dango begins.
