A grieving man hires Golgo 13 to assassinate Carronte, a terrorist imprisoned in a high-security facility, to avenge his family's death. The target is protected by a revolving door, sliding door, and small window, requiring Golgo to hold a static posture for ten hours. Believing this is impossible, he obtains a muscle-relaxing drug from a chemist involved in a doping scandal. Although the shot succeeds, Golgo's muscles are severely strained and require professional massage for recovery. The chemist betrays him by sharing Golgo's vital statistics with an FSB contact who offers a large reward for the assassin's death. Unable to move easily, Golgo must confront the highly prepared professional waiting for him.
