Mafia boss Thomas Grebbick provokes his superiors, prompting them to dispatch three hitmen. Grebbick’s own assassin, Ron, eliminates the attackers. In response, the bosses contract Golgo 13 to eliminate Grebbick. While Golgo evades Grebbick’s men, Ron’s girlfriend identifies Golgo as her child’s father from a past encounter and pleads with him to see the boy. Grebbick exploits this situation, arranging a meeting to persuade Golgo to defect under threat of killing the child. Golgo instead fulfills his contract, shooting Grebbick. During the attempt on Golgo, Ron accidentally shoots his girlfriend. All goons are killed, leaving only Golgo and the child. After a brief glance at the child, Golgo departs.
