At a hotel party, Danielle identifies Duke Togo as a former lover. Mayor Bardot sends thugs to remove him, but they fail and bring Togo to Bardot instead. Bardot recognizes Danielle as a former prostitute who killed her pimp on the night she met Golgo. Fearing Golgo is blackmailing him, Bardot warns him to leave, but Golgo insists they never bother him again. Meanwhile, Danielle hires an assassin to kill Golgo, believing he is the blackmailer. She later realizes Golgo is innocent and tries to stop the assassin, but he refuses to abort the mission. During a car chase, Golgo shoots the assassin, resulting in a crash that kills Danielle.
