Lust, Envy, and Gluttony discuss Greed's death when a car accident reveals Lujon healing a boy with a ring like Cornello's. Lujon and Lust reunite, triggering flashbacks of his past with Lust and Gluttony during a plague. Lujon, aided by Lust's alchemy, saved his village and fiancée Lydia, but abandoned her for Lust on their wedding day. In the present, Lujon returns to his village with the homunculi, claiming his Philosopher's Stone power has waned. He embraces Lust, vowing she cannot leave him again, only for her to stab him dead. The villagers die from the plague as the Elrics and Winry arrive. Lydia is found dead beside Lujon, succumbing to the disease, while Lust rides away in her carriage.
