Ep. 23: Shiori Takes Over Yukiji's Class While Hayate Stops a Blackmail Attempt

Shiori assumes Yukiji Katsura’s homeroom duties at Hakuou Academy following M.H.E. Corp failures. Demoted, Yukiji asks Hayate to help blackmail Shiori, but he refuses. After Yukiji captures an embarrassing photo of Hayate falling on Shiori, Shiori flees and contacts Eight. Fearing similar embarrassment for Nagi, Hayate and Izumi chase Yukiji to prevent the photo’s release. Eight intervenes to protect Shiori, but Yukiji causes him to explode, launching Hayate. Meanwhile, Hinagiku reads Izumi’s report about enjoying time with Hayate and becomes angry. Eventually, Yukiji, Shiori, and Eight reconcile and celebrate, though Yukiji is left responsible for the massive bill.
