Following the destruction of her house by a mob family, Daisuke extends a job offer to Monica at the Special Unit. Edmundo develops an immediate dislike for her upon her arrival. J assumes the role of a surrogate father figure for Monica during this transition. Meanwhile, Daisuke discovers new information regarding the bullet that is attached to his necklace, adding a layer of mystery to his personal artifacts while the new team dynamics begin to form.
