Saaya and Homare utilize the Mirai Pad to assist at a food fair, taking on roles as waitresses. Meanwhile, Hana is assigned to a takoyaki stand in a different outfit and feels inadequate compared to her friends. After a comedic reaction to tasting takoyaki causes the crowd to laugh, Hana becomes upset and runs away crying. When Papple attacks with an Oshimaida, Hana cannot transform, leaving Saaya and Homare to fight alone. In a critical moment, Hug-tan uses her asu power to shield Hana and defeat the enemy, but collapses into a deep sleep due to exhaustion.
