Ep. 125: Inuyasha searches for Kikyo while Kagome falls under The Infant's control

Inuyasha fails to locate Kikyo's remains and returns to Shintaro's village, which is subsequently destroyed by demons. An elderly priest informs the group that Kikyo washed up on a riverbank two days prior across the mountain, prompting Inuyasha to head in that direction. Meanwhile, Kagome, Miroku, and Sango are captured by soldiers after being deceived by Kagura. As Miroku and Sango are surrounded, Kagome becomes trapped by the darkness within her heart. The Infant, identified as the seventh incarnation of Naraku whom Kagura had taken from the mountain, seizes control of her body during this crisis.
