Hayami is coerced by a caller to kill Akama, who pressures Reika before Hayami electrocutes him in the balneary. Akama’s death is marked by the Tower of Power card, causing Hajime to suspect Hayami. The killer then targets Hajime but murders Hayami instead, staging it as suicide with the Hanged Man card. Hajime investigates, suspecting a mastermind behind Itami’s death and the current murders. He finds a clue in Hayami’s photo album but is knocked unconscious. Waking at Windmill Hill, he burns Miyuki’s jumper to unfreeze the windmill and uses the cable car to return to the villa.
