He subsequently treats Rin with excessive care, but accidentally reveals this information during the cancellation of visits, causing Rin to feel insulted and depressed. Aoki visits Rin's home and speaks with Reiji to address the situation. He ultimately repairs his relationship with Rin by reassuring her of her importance to him, resolving the conflict caused by his earlier slip-up.
