With summer break approaching, Rin feels sad about not seeing Aoki, who plans to monitor the school pool. She spends time with Kuro and Mimi, but becomes alone when they are absent for family reasons. Remembering Aoki's words, Rin goes to the school and finds him speaking with Hoin. Aoki notices Rin and chases her to the pool. There, Rin pushes him into the water, then hugs him as they watch the fireworks together.
