Kyousuke informs Riki about potential loss of the baseball clubroom, suggesting a diplomatic resolution. Riki assists Kanata in shredding dropout student files in A-Chan's office. After installing a bulletin board, Kanata confesses her preference for observing crowds despite her discomfort. While waiting for a locksmith key, they eat hamburgers at a restaurant. Kanata later confronts cooking club members regarding a fire accident that forced her to remove her blazer. Ceiling sprinklers expose her body scars, leading her to flee from students and vomit in the courtyard.
