Ep. 16: Goblin King Returns as Shiroe Unveils Quest Theory and Memory Loss Risks
Aired on January 18, 2014

The camp faces inland goblin monsters while Nyanta spots a northern army. Naotsugu alerts Shiroe, who convenes the Round Table to discuss the "Goblin King's Return" quest. They realize neglecting People quests for Akiba's development allowed the Goblin King to unite his forces. Rayneshia's father departs to defend Maihama, and the training group detects a raid on Choushi. Shiroe summons Soujirou to guard the Palace of Eternal Ice. He then shares his hypothesis that in-game death causes memory loss, which Krusty confirms by admitting his own past memory loss. The training group reaches Choushi too late, but Minori decides adventurers must proactively fight goblins rather than waiting for People requests.
