Ran finds Tae Aizawa dead in a parking lot, noting her connection to past victims and a fatal hit-and-run involving a boy named Akira Sakurai. Suspects include her boyfriend Noriyuki Shirakawa, his father Haruyoshi, Yuri Konno, and guard Yoshio Sadakane. Conan offers insights that prompt Sato to wear a decoy outfit, causing Megure to react negatively and making Conan question his motives.
