Conan, Ran, and Kogoro travel to Hiroshima to film a tour of Miyajima with a production crew led by assistant producer Yuuichi Kitamura, who falls ill with severe stomach pain. On the island, crew members encounter strange occurrences linked to Misen's Seven Wonders, including salted drinks and altered ringtones. Suspicions arise regarding an illegal casino and a mysterious man observed at Itsukushima Shrine. Conan connects these events to local legends while investigating the bakery of Yayoi Ayase, whose brother Shinroku vanished two weeks after their parents died on Mount Misen two years ago. As threats escalate with a bludgeoned crew member and a fire at the bakery, witnesses blame Shinroku for the disturbances.
