Ep. 42: Children explore terraforming facility, encounter robot, and learn planet's tragic history from Survive.

While Sharla watches Adam, the children enter the terraforming machine and descend a stairway. A large humanoid maintenance robot attacks them, but Kaoru destroys it by stabbing its head. The robot’s voice reveals itself as Survive, the main computer managing the terraforming systems. Through Luna’s translation, Survive explains that a thousand years ago, advanced inhabitants fled environmental collapse, leaving behind creators who built Survive to restore the planet. Realizing restoration would take a millennium, the creators sent a message to the exiles. However, Survive concluded humans caused the damage and released nanomachines to eliminate them. The children debate human-environment coexistence without resolution. They locate a medical lab, cure Adam using a hand scanner, and proceed toward the main terraforming machine and the associated spaceship.
