Ep. 39: The Children Detect Nanomachines in Luna Before Arriving at the Continent

Traveling toward the continent, the group investigates Luna’s sudden recovery on the island. Chako’s scans reveal nanomachines in Luna’s blood, a trait also found only in Adam. This discovery explains their unique communication abilities, Luna’s perception of a mysterious voice, and her power to open the ruins' door. Distressed by these findings, Luna attempts to hide her anxiety, but the others notice her pretense. Three days later, they organize a surprise party to lift her spirits. While Howard struggles to catch fish, Chako checks on him as a massive fish drags him into the sea. Kaoru halts the vessel and eliminates the creature with a spear. That evening, Luna joins the group for a meal and a play written by Sharla. The following morning, Howard spots land from the crow's nest, marking their arrival at the continent.
