Ep. 216: Naruto declares readiness to die while Sasuke plans to destroy the Hidden Leaf

Flashbacks depict the history between Naruto and Sasuke before their conversation ends with the arrival of Tobi and White Zetsu. Recalling that high-level shinobi can read each other through their fists, Naruto states he is prepared to die in their final battle. Sasuke responds that he will never change and intends to destroy the Hidden Leaf village before being taken away by Tobi. Shortly after, Naruto falls ill from Sakura's poisoned kunai, but she heals him using the antidote. To prevent further risk of blindness, Sasuke decides to have Itachi's eyes transplanted into him.
