Satou lives in isolation, consumed by paranoia, conspiracy theories, and social anxiety. His apartment is cluttered with take-out containers, and his vision has been damaged from excessive internet use. He avoids the outside world and spends his time working on a virtual sex game. He believes the organization N-H-K is responsible for pushing people like him into reclusive, aimless lives. Misaki, a girl who lives nearby, offers to help him confront his fears and reintegrate into society. While Satou resists, preferring to remain hidden, Misaki is determined to assist him despite his reluctance. Their dynamic centers on her efforts to pull him out of his self-imposed isolation and his struggle to accept help. Whether they can achieve a sense of normalcy remains uncertain.
