Ep. 6: God offers his image to be stepped on despite admitting powerlessness

Joe finds a restaurant flyer while fetching water, then witnesses gangsters harass Oicho until Sachio attacks them. The gangsters return, ransack the establishment, and steal the building deed. Fujimaki offers to return the deed if Sachio defeats a stronger opponent. Joe steps in as Gearless Joe, recalling his past loss to Edison Liu and Nanbu’s deteriorating health. He is knocked out in the second round. Upon returning, Joe informs the children of his defeat but reveals he secured the deed through his agreement with Fujimaki. Sachio subsequently orders Joe to leave the premises after the transaction is complete.
