Survivors of Tony's mafia intend to expose Inferno by leaking information about mobsters suspected of supporting the group, aiming to dismantle its secrecy. However, Inferno anticipates this move. The Scythe Master exploits the situation to advance his own agenda, ordering Ein and Zwei to work with Lizzie on an assassination spree targeting anti-Inferno leaders on the US West Coast. During a photo session, the Scythe Master reveals his desire to reshape the world according to his will, claiming God observes his path. Consequently, Inferno replaces the assassinated leaders with its own operatives, thereby strengthening its regional influence. A dog appears at Ein and Zwei's apartment and later at the grave of Tony Stone and his family.
