Ep. 15: Murdoch confronts Alan while Schmelman initiates secret human testing on Rihito.

Murdoch recognizes Alan as young Alexandrov Grigorovich, prompting Alan to spare him after realizing Nana’s temporal interference. Alan relocates the group to housing, arguing that military opposition is futile due to resource scarcity. Murdoch, determined to defeat Alan in the future, requests hand-to-hand combat training from him. Schmelman instructs students in medieval weaponry, claiming firearms will become obsolete, while secretly revealing the war aims to cull the population for species survival. During a beach capture the flag exercise, Rihito’s class wins by outsmarting Doan, leading them to appoint him as Commander. Following the death of subordinate David, Schmelman fears the Ace project is compromised and begins human trials. Rihito, identified as the strongest genetic candidate, consents to the surgery after understanding the situation.
