Ash and his companions travel to the opposite side of Mandarin Island, reaching the city of Trovitopolis. There, they uncover a creature residing in the sewers that is responsible for numerous disturbances throughout the town. The Mayor proposes destroying the monster to resolve the issue, but Nurse Joy objects to this violent solution. She requests that Ash and his group assist in dealing with the situation instead. The friends agree to help, aiming to address the problem without causing harm to the creature or the city infrastructure.
