Lan and his friends travel to space to stop Dr. Regal, defying the NetSavers' instructions. JunkDataMan reappears to assist the children by providing MegaMan JunkDataSoul to clear debris from the area. Upon arriving at the station, Lan encounters Dark ProtoMan instead of the intended target. Following their confrontation, the space station loses control and begins a crash course toward Earth. Just as the situation becomes critical, JunkDataMan manages to rescue the children at the last possible moment, ensuring their safety despite the chaotic events unfolding in orbit.
