Following their arrival in the town, Dr. Yō and other physicians commence medical treatment for the ill population. Shūrei and Ensei coordinate the necessary supplies and resources to support these efforts. As additional patients arrive, the medical team operates continuously, successfully saving the majority of those treated. Shūrei and Dr. Yō prepare to travel to Sekiei Village, accompanied by Shūran and Riō who agree to guide them. Seiran also completes her preparations to join this group. In parallel developments, Eigetsu uncovers the true intentions behind the Jasenkyō organization, while Ryūki encounters the leader of the Hyō Clan.
