Ryoko starts her training at Hiten Shrine due to her persistence and the master's generosity. She also discovers that Miyuki is turning 14 years old and organizes a birthday celebration for her. Meanwhile, Shizuma searches for Nagumo to arrange a rematch. However, both Shizuma and Ryoko are unexpectedly transported to an alternate world. In this strange realm, they are forced to fight a demon beast. The events highlight Ryoko's new beginning at the shrine and the sudden danger that interrupts Shizuma's pursuit of his rival, creating a dangerous situation for both characters in the unfamiliar dimension.
