Ep. 6: Revived Megumi troubles Natsuno while Toshio faces clinic crises and village legends
Megumi reappears to Natsuno, who denies her visit and vows survival. Toshio confirms Hiromi’s death and notes Masao’s immobilization from earlier attacks, identifying insect bites as infection vectors. He clashes with a patient’s wife over cyanosis treatment and reprimands Seishin for investigating unrelated phenomena. Sunako visits Seishin, ignoring his warnings about the disease. On September 20th, Masao dies. Natsuno watches a horror film, learning the "risen" legend, and finds Seishin researching the topic. Clinic staff quit in fear. Natsuno questions Toshio about Megumi’s revival, which Toshio dismisses as vampire or zombie fiction. Meanwhile, Kaori and Akira enter Kanemasa castle after seeing a deceased villager inside, unaware that Tatsumi is watching them.
