While the others are away, Squid Girl is left in charge of the house. She mistakenly identifies a burglar as Chizuru's father. After falling into a trap, she attempts to stop craving shrimp but struggles with the temptation. Later, both Squid Girl and Sanae suffer from heat stroke. Squid Girl becomes paranoid about the consequences if Sanae recovers before her.
