The precinct prepares a farewell party for Shouji, who has already arrived at the station while Natsumi remains absent. Natsumi visits the tombstone of Shouji's friend to conceal her depression before unexpectedly witnessing a kendo match between Kachou and Shouji. Later, she and Shouji spend their last moments together on a park bench in the evening, consuming numerous cans of beer. After preparing hot tea for the entire precinct, Natsumi requests personal time off. She then rushes to the airport, arriving just in time to see Shouji off and sharing their first kiss together.
