Natsumi and Shouji plan a rock climbing trip while their precinct colleagues express serious concern regarding their romantic relationship. Shouji attempts to confess his feelings, but Natsumi remains unable to comprehend his emotions. Meanwhile, a severe accident occurs in a highway tunnel, prompting Ken, Yoriko, and Aoi to manage traffic flow. Shouji requests that Natsumi and Miyuki assist in recovering drivers and passengers from the impacted vehicles. During the rescue, a young boy becomes trapped inside a car. Natsumi and Shouji work together to remove a van crushing the vehicle, successfully saving the child from the wreckage.
