Megane works at a noodle shop where he encounters Ryuu, a fast-food customer dragon who eats quickly and demands free meals if unsatisfied. As other fast-food fighters arrive in Tomobiki, Megane grows increasingly concerned. The chaos stems from Mendou, who aims to open a supermarket to drive small family restaurants out of business. To settle the dispute, a contest is organized between Ataru and his friends against the fast-food fighters to decide the town's fate. This episode aired just before the theatrical release of the second film, Urusei Yatsura 2: Beautiful Dreamer.
