Ep. 7: Cheza Escapes Orkham Soldiers While Reuniting With Kiba at the Mountain Stronghold

Darcia returns Cheza to her birthplace, facing attacks from Orkham soldiers led by Cher. Kiba senses Cheza from the woods as she jumps from the airship, landing at a mountain pond. Wolves and soldiers converge, but Cheza embraces Kiba, an encounter that breaks Cher's instruments. Cher reveals Cheza's location to the soldiers, who surround the garden. Cheza guides Kiba away, with Toboe following while Tsume and Hige retreat after failing to fight through the troops. The pair escapes past Cher and the commander, smiling as they flee. They enter a hidden door in plant roots, leaving the pursuing soldiers at a dead end.
