Chikako enrolls in an English conversation class to accompany her boyfriend on an overseas job, though he is unaware of her plan. Her instructor, Yoshinaga, is a womanizer known for dating many students. As Chikako works hard to improve her English and prepare for the move, she discovers her boyfriend is not serious about their relationship. Devastated, she ends up sleeping with Yoshinaga. The story explores the relationship between Chikako, who is overly sincere, and Yoshinaga, who lacks honesty. The volume also includes a three-part story and a one-shot focusing on Chikako's most loved person.
