A novice magician named Konoha is assigned as an apprentice to the unmotivated knight Saionji Ikumaru. Together, they are responsible for maintaining the seal that prevents the ether world from spilling into theirs. Occasionally, the seal weakens, allowing creatures like dragons and demons to emerge. Now, Ishtar, the goddess of Venus, has appeared. Whether she will assist Konoha in gaining her master's favor or claim him for herself remains uncertain.
