Shinsetsu Ookami to Koushinryou: Ookami to Youhishi

A young man named Cole leaves the bathhouse "The Spice and Wolf Inn," owned by Lawrence, who saved him. He is heading to the Winfiel Kingdom to assist the prince in reforming the church. During his journey, he finds a girl named Myuri in his luggage. She has wolf ears and a tail and stowed away to join him. Cole had previously traveled with Holo, a wise wolf, and Lawrence, and grew up with Myuri as a sibling. She disagreed with his decision to leave and secretly followed him. The story follows Cole and Myuri as they travel together.
