Tsuiji Uogashi Sandaime

Shuntaro Akagi is a high-achieving businessman in his mid-thirties working for a general trading company in Tokyo. He is promoted to head of the personnel department and is about to marry his girlfriend, Asuka. When he temporarily assists at Asuka's family's fish trading business in the Tsukiji Fish Market, he faces intense competition from experienced traders. Lacking knowledge of the trade and unable to judge fish quality, Shuntaro's only advantage is his refined palate. He must navigate this challenging environment as he begins a difficult new chapter.
