Hotarubi no Mori e

A compilation of four standalone stories, each centered around different characters and relationships. In the first, a girl hears music coming from a forgotten school building and becomes fascinated by the boy playing it. The second follows a girl who, as a child, was rescued by a masked man in the woods and has returned to visit him every summer since, forming a bond that deepens over time. The third story involves a long-time friendship between two children, where one becomes increasingly aware that her feelings for the other have grown beyond simple affection. The final tale explores the complicated reunion of two siblings who were separated as children and struggle to reconnect as adults, with one experiencing unexpected emotions upon seeing the other again.
