Misao Makimachi, the female bandit, whom Kenshin meets in the forest, is a member of the Oniwabanshuu. She wants very badly to see Aoshi, though unknowing of his whereabouts, and to see the other four members of the Oniwabanshū, yet unaware of their fate.
