"Awaken! The world's strongest robot!" Dr. Ochanomizu's voice rings out in a room at the Ministry of Science. The energy of the entire Metro City is captured, and in a blinding light, Atom is finally born. However, Atom's mind is just like that of a newborn child, and his innocent rampage only annoys the people around him.
