Kobito to Aomushi

A small village inhabited by miniature people is the setting for a musical film. After a young child gives his final rice cake to a hungry caterpillar, the creature transforms and plays a role in a race meant to decide the village's new ruler. The butterfly helps the child by pulling his race car.
